The baguette we use is made with barley residue from beer brewing. It is baked in the baking room attached to Setagaya Brewery. The barley bagels sold on weekends are made with barley residue and barley juice! The buns used for the burgers are also baked in Setagaya's baking room. Please enjoy the bread from Futako Beer.
