This is a cozy little shop with tatami seating and a counter, bright and calming. The signature beef tongue has a rich flavor that spreads gradually, and the pleasant texture is great. You can choose from salt, soy sauce, miso, or a special sauce for grilling, and each has its own unique character, making it fun. The set meals come with barley and tororo rice, salad, and soup, allowing for a well-balanced meal. In addition to tongue spring rolls, stew, and hamburgers, there is also a selection of fish dishes. The staff are friendly and kind to children, and the salad made with vegetables grown in the shop is very delicious.
