Il proprietario del ristorante? Un uomo molto cordiale, parlava della rondine all'ingresso. A sinistra all'ingresso, lo spazio tra i tavoli era stretto e c'era un po' di confusione, quindi non era molto rilassante. Oggi ero a destra all'ingresso e, beh, è andata abbastanza bene? Sono riuscito a parlare in modo tranquillo, quindi ho dato 4 stelle. La pasta e l'insalata erano impeccabili e deliziose, il caffè era in una tazza piccola ma con refill libero ed era molto buono. Anche se era un giorno feriale, c'erano molti clienti, quindi sarà un ristorante popolare. Grazie per il pasto.

Upon entering, I am greeted warmly, and my mood lifts right from the start. I can see the chef grilling over charcoal from behind the counter, and just the aroma makes me happy. The grilled chicken has the perfect balance of saltiness and doneness, the liver is creamy and free of any unpleasant smell, and the bonjiri (chicken tail) is plump and juicy. When mixed with the egg yolk, the tsukune (chicken meatball) overflows with meat juices, which is irresistible. The simmered beef tendon is tender, and the egg soaked in the flavors is also excellent. The Nagoya Cochin and Amakusa Daisuke chickens are rich in umami and have a firm texture, providing satisfaction with every bite.

I always feel very anxious when going to an eel restaurant for the first time, but this place was surprisingly delicious beyond my expectations! The eel was fluffy, tender, and completely free of any unpleasant smell, and I was very satisfied with the high quality. Since I was traveling from Tokyo, I left home early, but I encountered unexpected traffic on the Aqua Line and called to inform them that I would be late for my reservation. They kindly accepted the time change and even said, 'Please be careful on your way here,' which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived 15 minutes late, all the staff warmly welcomed me and immediately served me hot tea, showing such thoughtful consideration that made me want to come back for sure! It was so delicious that next time I will definitely bring relatives and friends along. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant.
