The okonomiyaki is light and fluffy, with a perfectly crispy exterior that enhances the sweetness of the cabbage. It is cooked with bonito flakes placed on top at the beginning, which spreads the aroma. The thick yakisoba noodles have a good chew, and the salt-flavored yakisoba conveys the umami of the ingredients well. The deliciousness of the sauce lingers in memory, and the time spent eating from the hot iron plate with a spatula is very enjoyable.
