Using Okinawan ingredients, we can offer Okinawan dishes that are not on the menu. Our main dish is Chanpuru! We can also provide other dishes such as vinegared mozuku from Ishigaki Island, tempura, Okinawan soba noodles, etc., upon request. Prices may vary depending on the requested ingredients.
Ishigaki beef, kubuiriti, tempura, and other fare not normally on the menu will be served in combination with standard champuru and other dishes.
