This is a reservation guide for the Bar & Dining "Stage by The Ethical Spirits & Co." attached to the Tokyo Riverside Distillery. ■Business hours 18:00-23:00 (Open Tuesday to Saturday) LO: food 22:00 drink 22:30 ▶︎Seating is limited to 2 hours in principle. (We will charge 500 yen per person for the appetizer) ▶︎Invoice registered store ▶︎If you make a reservation for a semi-private room, we set a minimum guaranteed fee of 16,500 yen regardless of the number of people. Please make a reservation after agreeing to this. ▶︎We may limit the number of people, so please make a reservation as much as possible before coming to the store. ▶︎Advance reservations are accepted until 14:00 PM on the day. ▶Please note that we may not be able to meet your request for seating. This is a shop that combines a bar and dining, where you can enjoy gin distilled in-house. The creative cocktails are diverse, allowing you to experience the different aromas and flavors of herbs. The food is designed to pair with gin, and the aged sea bream carpaccio and venison sausage spring rolls were particularly impressive. The soft-shell shrimp with kumquat sauce also had a delightful texture and paired perfectly. The story of gin-making using sustainable ingredients is fascinating and becomes more exciting with each sip. The stylish interior has tables, making it comfortable to spend time alone or with friends.
