Cucina Hirata" is still my favorite ristorante, a long-established Italian restaurant in Azabu Juban. This was my first visit since the chef was replaced. The dishes are all elegant and leave a lasting impression, with his own twist, while keeping the same traditions. I got the impression that the flavors were more delicate than those of the previous chef. The pasta with prosciutto and black pepper is a delicate yet memorable dish with Parmegiano. The dolce, which is not his specialty, is also served here. The restaurant has a cozy and dignified space that does not give the impression of being overbearing, and the madam's smiling face and dignified customer service. The service is the same as before, with the madam welcoming you as you exit the elevator and head into the restaurant. She is always checking the elevator. In the city center, many people have been on summer vacation for a while now, so you may be able to make last-minute reservations at restaurants that normally do not take reservations, and this is one of them. After all, this is a ristorante that you will always love. We will go again on our anniversary.

5 kinds of pasta 🍝♡♡♡ The caviar cappellini here is delicious 😍. And spaghetti with green peppers and asari 💖. I love the simple taste of these two. I love it so much😍😍❤️❤️❤️ The cappellini with mustard It's like a cold carbonara. これもとっても美味しかった♡♡
