The best Pizzeria in Azabujuban, a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner. The best pizza I have ever had in Japan. The food, the atmosphere, and the customer service are all perfect. The deliciousness of the food made everyone smile, laugh, and say "Delicious! Delicious! Everyone is happy. Half of the customers are foreigners, and the high percentage of Italians is proof that the taste is authentic. The outside terrace is equipped with a large stove-type heating system. Open all day Saturday and Sunday, it is easy to use for me who likes to sleep in on my days off. The pizza oven is a great place to watch the serious work of making and baking pizzas, and the counter seating around the cooking area makes it even more enjoyable, as the owner-chef is always available for a good conversation. The service provided by the staff is also perfect, as they are able to see everything in the entire hall. The shrimp soup, with the head of the prawns, was a delight, with the aroma of the prawns, cream, and a drizzle of olive oil at the end, and the balance of salt and creaminess was wonderful. The prosciutto ham was a Parma ham, aged 24 months, with a nice saltiness. Now for the pizza. Mariana with shirasu and rape blossoms. The best marriage of acidity and sweetness of tomatoes. Delicious! I couldn't stop myself from eating it. Next was the Quattro Formaggio. Gorgonzola, smoked mozzarella, taleggio, and the aroma of granapadano further enhanced each other's cheeses, making for the strongest combination. Honey was also offered, but I didn't want to ruin the balance of the dish, so I finished it as it was. After a delicious, enjoyable beer, After a beer, a bottle of spumante and two glasses of lemoncello, I was going on with my lunch. I can't go to any other Pizzeria anymore.

This time, we sipped sparkling wine on the terrace, gazed at people on the street for a while, and took home a pizza. The pizza was topped with tamaki, olives, and prosciutto. The staff's attentiveness is also wonderful, even though it is a pizza place. Light conversation is also enjoyable. The pizzas are still delicious with tamaki smoked cheese, thin but salty dough, and a very satisfying pizza that is light enough for each person to enjoy.

The salty dough, sweet tomatoes, and smoked cheese leave a long-lasting aftertaste. The draft beer is Super Dry Extra Cold! Chef Tamaki is very pleased with the spirit of his chef, and says that he spent four years convincing the Asahi representative who said they would not distribute the beer unless 8,000 liters were produced annually, because he thought it would please the customers. With a large terrace and a bright glass-walled interior, half of the customers are foreigners, making you feel as if you are in a foreign country. And the recommendation other than Pizza Tamaki is the marinara. It is an exquisite dish made with seasonal seafood and baked with plenty of olive oil, garlic, and tomato sauce. The service is friendly and attentive, and for the price, it is a waste of money. A bright and tasty pizza place, Pizza at Juban! A must for a pizza in Juban!

Anyway, I'm covered in gaijin 👱🏼👱🏼‍♀️👨🏼 Strada 1,650 yen Buffalo mozzarella margherita 1,950 yen Quattro formaggi 2,100 yen We had three kinds of pizza. All of them are really delicious ✨☺️✨ I've seen a lot of reviews about how salty it is. I'm not sure if it's too salty or not. I guess it's normal if you eat it with beer 🤔(←I don't drink, so I imagine) My favorite was the "Strada". Cherry tomatoes and smoked cheese 🧀🍅🧀. It looks too cute too! The Quattro Formaggi was Blue cheese is strong and very satisfying 😋😋. I can't get enough of it 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤! Thanks for the food 🙏🏻✨

Pizzeria, a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner. The best pizza in Japan in my opinion. I visited there for lunch to have the last Shirasu marinara of the season. Today's soup was onion potage. The cream and the sourness of the onions are a perfect marriage. The pizza was a harmony of the saltiness of the shirasu, the bitterness of the rape blossoms, and the acidity of the tomatoes in the mouth. It is still delicious. The next pizza was one of Chef Tamaki's best creations, named "Tamaki. The combination of fresh and smoked mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil, baked together, is a dish that conveys its deliciousness from its appearance. Pair it with a bottle of sparkling wine. Delicious as always.

STRADA, a Michelin-starred Pizzeria in Azabujuban, has a large terrace with comfortable seating and a Michelin Bib Gourmand award. I used to not particularly like pizza, but after having it here, I have to have it once a week or I get withdrawal symptoms. You can even see the chef at work from the counter, and you can take your hat off to the seriousness of the pizza making process. The taste is aggressive and full of spirit. The saltiness and chewiness of the dough is exquisite. The pizza named after the chef's name, "Tamaki Special," is addictive. The smoked mozzarella accents the flavor. I also like the classiness of the clientele, about half foreigner and half Japanese. The restaurant is busy both day and night, and people enjoy chatting cheerfully or leisurely reading with beer or wine on the terrace or inside the restaurant. The staff is young, but their friendly and professional service is another reason for the restaurant's prosperity. I will be back next week!

STRADA" won the Michelin Bib Gourmand for two consecutive years. It is the most popular and most favorite pizza restaurant in Azabu Juban. I wanted to take it home to goof off at home. The restaurant is as lively as ever. While waiting, we were surprised to be shown to our seats. I was even more impressed that they offered me herbal tea even though it was going to be baked soon. I realized that preserving the deliciousness of the food means paying close attention to the customers, which leads to preserving the taste as well. We ordered the most popular pizza, the tamaki, named after the owner. I watched perfectly as he added chips to the oven to enhance the aroma of the smoked cheese just before baking! It was another delicious pizza today. We will stop by again.
