The atmosphere was calm, feeling the seaside air, and the tatami room was very comfortable. The ingredients were fresh, and each piece was large, bringing happiness with every bite. The chirashi was served in two layers, giving it a special feel and making it very enjoyable. The rice in the tekka don was mixed with finely shredded kanpyo, showcasing creativity and making it incredibly delicious. The fried small sardines and the fried chicken were also fragrant, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The bright service made for a pleasant experience, and I felt it was a well-known good restaurant for those in the know.
