A Bantetsu-style arrangement of pork shoulder shabu shabu shabu or deliciously spicy hot pot in chicken broth with plenty of pak choi and chopped vegetables and chili peppers. This course includes a pot with smoked chili peppers and beef broth, assorted appetizers, Bantetsu's popular smoked salad, spiced frappote, and many other dishes only available at a spice bar (this course is recommended for women! Of course, men are welcome too!)
