It is just a short walk from the nearest station, and you can relax in a calm atmosphere inside the shop. The signature roast beef bowl is beautifully layered, making it exciting to look at. The surface is crispy, while the inside is moist and rare, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the lean meat. Coarsely ground black pepper adds a nice touch, bringing the flavors together beautifully. The shredded cabbage underneath the meat pairs very well with the slightly sweet sauce-coated rice. You can choose the portion size, and I was able to enjoy it all the way to the end.

I went to a popular restaurant in Musashi-Koyama. When I ordered the specialty meat bowl, I was excited to see plenty of thinly sliced roast beef piled on top. There was finely chopped cabbage underneath, providing a nice crunchy texture. The rich soy sauce and the sharp pepper combined perfectly, making it an excellent match with the rice. It looks beautiful as well, and I could enjoy it deliciously without getting bored until the end. The staff's service was pleasant, and I also recommend the beef stew and baked curry.
