Eight types of condiments are carefully roasted by artisans. 【Fully Ripe Red Sichuan Pepper】Directly shipped from 'Kanjya Sanshoen' in Wakayama Prefecture, Kishu. This precious pepper is harvested during its fully ripe period until October, turning a vibrant red color and exuding a very fragrant aroma. It pairs exceptionally well with yakitori sauce.
