Located in the nature-rich Asuwayama, Nakamuraya is a historic scenic spot where you can enjoy authentic hand-made soba. While taking in the seasonal landscapes, you can savor fragrant soba made from locally sourced buckwheat flour from Fukui Prefecture. Dishes like tofu dengaku, which feature the refreshing aroma of sansho pepper, are also a highlight.

Surrounded by the greenery of the mountains, you can spend your time slowly while gazing outside. The popular 'Kino-me Dengaku' features perfectly grilled tofu combined with soft miso and sansho, creating a wonderful aroma. When you take a bite, it is fluffy and smooth, with the flavor of sansho spreading gently afterward. The konnyaku oden pairs well with the miso sauce, allowing you to taste the umami of the konnyaku itself. The 100% buckwheat soba is thin yet has a firm texture, and the combination of 'Kono Miso Soba' with mountain vegetables, grated daikon, and tororo is delightful. There are also many varieties of umeshu and fruit wines, and the cozy atmosphere typical of a tea house is very pleasant.
