This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake blended with sake that has been aged at temperatures below 0°C for 1 to 2 years, using Yamada Nishiki rice grown in the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, polished down to 38%. It has a wonderful aroma reminiscent of grapefruit, with a rich, smooth, and deep flavor profile known as 'rich umami.' This is a classic masterpiece of Bon's Junmai Daiginjo sake. It will be served in a chilled sake flask.
This is a Daiginjo sake polished luxuriously to 30% using Yamada Nishiki rice. It has been carefully aged until the flavor develops. It offers a crisp throat feel, a smooth texture, and a pleasant aroma that spreads just right. It will be served in a chilled sake flask.

This is the first junmai sake released by Kokuryu Sake Brewery. It is made from 100% Fukui Prefecture-grown Gohyakumangoku rice with a polishing ratio of 65%, fermented at low temperatures to retain the flavor of the rice, resulting in a very easy-to-drink junmai sake. It has a smooth texture with no sharp edges, and the calm aroma and rich umami of the junmai gently permeate. The fragrance evokes fresh, sweet melon, yet it has a very elegant and modest presence.
This is a genuine plum wine with a moderate sweetness. It uses only carefully selected Fukui plums. It has a refreshing plum aroma and a deep flavor due to long-term aging.

Approximately 20 types of local dishes passed down from Fukui's history are prepared daily!
