Enjoy the well-balanced combination of the refreshing acidity of Amami Oshima's island bananas and the rich, fruity foam of Weizen (wheat beer).
It is said that eating one plant allows you to live a day longer. We brewed fresh Chomeisou (botanboufu) with hops to create a rich aroma. The taste is refreshing with a smooth finish and a hint of bitterness.
We created this brown ale inspired by pure brown sugar, which has become rare and is sometimes referred to as a phantom, and the brown sugar and ginger sweets I ate as a child. The color resembles the fighting bull that stirs up red earth.
