When you visit, we will first serve one plate of fried gyoza (four pieces for 495 yen) per person. If you are full after your meal, please let us know that 'the first gyoza is not needed.' Additional gyoza can be ordered from one piece. Please feel free to request any number of additional gyoza at any time. (We accept orders starting from one piece.)
Our pride, the chewy and plump texture of the skin has been made into water dumplings. Please enjoy it with our original sauce. 4 pieces per plate.
Gyoza topped with gooey cheese on a bed of kimchi in a pot. The stretchy cheese, juicy gyoza, and spicy kimchi match perfectly. Comes with 2 pieces per plate.
We topped our proud gyoza with authentic Sichuan mapo tofu. The stimulating spiciness of Sichuan mapo tofu perfectly matches the juicy gyoza. This dish goes well with beer. Comes with 2 pieces per plate.
For garlic lovers. We used a generous amount of garlic from Aomori Prefecture, to the point of saying 'more than enough!!'. Additionally, we made our shop's proud skin even thinner, resulting in a 'stick gyoza' that offers a completely different crispy texture compared to regular fried gyoza. The sausage from Stadt Schinken, made by Ichiro Nakayama, a meat processing craftsman who holds the title of 'Yokohama Meister' recognized by Yokohama City. It is a simple, thick, coarsely ground smoked sausage with no strong flavors. Please try the best sausage made by the Meister who won a gold medal at the authentic German food processing contest 'SUFFA'.
This is a hearty salad topped with crispy fried dumpling skins on a bed of tofu and vegetables.

Type: INDIA PALE ALE Fermentation: Top fermentation Alcohol: 6.0% Ingredients: Malt (imported), Hops: Citra, Cryo Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Columbus Volume: 350ml The space beer that has arrived this time is 'BIG LOVE'. It is a new IPA crafted with a simple recipe to make it drinkable. This one is particular about the fruity flavor along with the aroma.
Style: Various Volume: 500ml In 2014, two young men in their twenties established the up-and-coming brewery 'VERTERE' in Okutama. We have received their craft beer.
Style: Imperial IPA Alcohol: 7.5% Volume: 330ml IBU: 75 This is the 10th IPA style beer 'No. 10' created to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Shiga Kogen Beer produced in Nagano Prefecture. It is a high-alcohol beer, but thanks to the use of sake rice, it can be enjoyed smoothly without feeling the alcohol content.
Style: NEW ENGLAND DIPA Alcohol: 7.5% Volume: 370ml This is a hazy IPA that is currently trending, referred to as 'NEW ENGLAND' or 'HAZY'. It has a full body and a higher alcohol content, but true to its name, it has a soft mouthfeel like nectar, and while it is juicy and rich, it is surprisingly easy to drink.
Style: IPA Volume: 330ml Among craft beer lovers, it goes without saying that this is a representative product of the renowned Scottish brewery 'BrewDog'. Founder James Watt disregarded profitability to create the world's best IPA (India Pale Ale), using an extravagant amount of hops—40 times the usual amount—and employing dry hopping in the process. Its aroma features a solid quality malt, tropical fruits, and above all, the characteristic grapefruit scent that BrewDog is known for, all accompanied by a generous amount of hops. The rich aroma is wonderful, but what stands out is the excellent balance that brings out the malt's fullness while still providing a sharp finish, making it truly the best of IPAs.
Style: Steam Content Volume: 355ml A steam beer born in California. Brewed using a special brewing method created by brewers who moved from Germany during the Gold Rush era, using lager yeast brought from Germany for low-temperature fermentation to make beer at room temperature without refrigeration facilities. It possesses both the refreshing crispness characteristic of lager beer and the rich aroma of ale beer. With one sip, the rich sweetness of malt and the toasted aroma of caramel spread in the mouth, and the aftertaste is refreshing. Even the owner was surprised by this deliciousness.
Style: Pilsner Alcohol: 5.5% Volume: 330ml A pilsner crafted by the brewery 'Yokohama Beer', which was born in Yokohama, the birthplace of 'beer culture' in Japan. This Czech-style premium beer has a beautiful golden color, rich malt flavors, and a refined aroma and bitterness derived from Czech aromatic hops, making it a pilsner that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
Style: Belgian White Volume: 330ml The number one popular Belgian beer in Japan. Originating from the village of Hoegaarden, located east of Brussels, it is a historic beer that has been brewed since the 14th century. The color is a bright yellow that is cloudy. The subtle sweetness of wheat and the floral aroma perfectly match the slight bitterness of orange peel and the spiciness of coriander, creating a refreshing taste. With low bitterness, it is easy to drink, even for those who do not usually prefer beer. Please experience the special recipe that brewers have passed down for hundreds of years.
Type: Stout Volume: 330ml The world's most famous dark beer. Its aroma is as toasty as roasted coffee beans, and when you take a sip, a gentle bitterness spreads along with a chocolate-like richness and a smoky toastiness. The ideal drinking temperature for this beer is around 10 degrees, so by warming the glass slightly in your palm and slowly sipping, you can fully enjoy the bitterness and richness that comes from roasted malt, which is different from the bitterness of hops.
Type: Barley Wine Fermentation: Top Fermentation Volume: 750ml 'Barley Wine' means wine made from barley. It is a full-bodied beer that has been aged for a long time, similar to wine. The malt flavor is strong, and you can enjoy the sweetness derived from the malt. The usual aging period for beer is about two weeks, but Celebration Day Hermit is aged for more than six months, resulting in a mellow taste with sweet fruit aromas reminiscent of raisins and deep richness. It is truly a beer you want to drink on a special day. The best drinking temperature for this beer is around 15 degrees Celsius. Type: Fruit Beer (Lambic) Volume: 250ml A fruit beer based on cherries, praised by global beer critics as one of the 'Top 5 Beers in the World.' Just pouring it into a glass releases its intense cherry aroma. The sweetness and acidity of the cherries are followed by a subtle hop aroma that is exquisite. It has a flavor that cannot be achieved by a mere fruit cocktail.
Type: Fruit Beer (Stout) Volume: 330ml A rich black beer based on a style called 'stout' that uses 'kuri' (chestnuts) from Miyazaki Prefecture as a secondary ingredient. It is brewed with roasted barley that has been dried at high temperatures until it turns black and chestnut paste sourced from within the prefecture, achieving a coffee-like roasted flavor, a refined aroma of chestnuts, and a deep richness. The taste is 'just like chestnuts,' with both aroma and flavor reflecting the sweetness and roasted notes of chestnuts, comparable to the flavor of a Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc. The level of perfection makes one wonder, 'Is this really beer?'
