Sumisho Kishimoto

The dishes at the charcoal grill Kishimoto are characterized by skewers that are carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal, with the 'negima' (grilled chicken and green onion) and 'tsukune' (chicken meatballs) being particularly exquisite. Grilling over charcoal maximizes the umami of the chicken, resulting in a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Additionally, a platter of chicken sashimi and fresh sashimi is also offered, both of which stand out for their freshness.

The interior has a calm atmosphere centered around the counter seats, with warm lighting and the warmth of wood. You can enjoy watching the skilled artisans grilling skewers over the counter, and you can also appreciate the beauty of the finished dishes along with the food. It is a quiet space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after work, and it provides an ideal environment for dates.
