After walking a little from the station, I was excited to find a shop on a quiet street. Upon entering, there was a counter and tables, and the seating was spacious and comfortable. The omakase course started with appetizers and sashimi, followed by freshly fried tempura served in order, which was delightful. Seasonal ingredients like angel shrimp, white sweet sea bream, and wild maitake mushrooms were perfectly fried, and their aroma and sweetness were distinctly noticeable. The shrimp tempura roll I had at the end paired excellently with the flavor of the seaweed and the plump shrimp, bringing a smile to my face. I was also recommended sake that matched the dishes, and I had a thoroughly satisfying time until the very end.
An unexpected discovery brought us to Budoya Mahari. The spaciousness and open kitchen are attractive. The roast beef ranch is of moderate volume and goes especially well with the delicious potato salad. The tender and flavorful roast beef is excellent. Above all, the value for money is excellent. I would like to try the wine next time.
