The famous knife-cut noodles are wide and chewy, perfectly complementing the fragrant soup. The soup of the dan dan noodles has a light sesame aroma, with a mild spiciness and richness. The noodles are elastic, and when twirled skillfully, they can be enjoyed comfortably until the last bite. The set meal of stir-fried pork with cabbage includes bell peppers, carrots, and onions, all finished with a strong heat for a crisp texture. The slightly sweet miso sauce clings well to the ingredients, making the rice naturally go down. The sweet and sour taste of the sweet and sour pork, along with its pleasant chewiness, is also impressive, providing a high level of satisfaction after the meal.
