I found a yakitori shop along the old Nakasendo road, which has a casual and inviting atmosphere. It's convenient to grab takeout, and you can quickly eat in the simple space in front of the shop. There are many types of skewers, including rare parts like kumquat and pork tongue salt, making it fun to choose. The bonjiri is fried and juicy, and adding a bit of spicy miso pairs perfectly. The sauce is sweet and rich, while the salt sauce has a sharp flavor that enhances the elasticity of the heart and the richness of the pork liver. The staff's voices carry well and create a pleasant feeling, and since they serve alcohol, you can casually enjoy yakitori.
