Christmas with friends in Nakano🎅. The first restaurant is Bakatare Zutchan, which I haven't been to in 6 months! We came here due to the fake news that my friend's Akimoto-ya is not open anymore... It's still delicious 🤤. The rich miso type stew is served with Of course, I had to add on-tama (a small bowl of rice topped with ontama)! Like the stew, the sauce here is really tasty, but the winner of the skewer is the pie served with yuzu pepper and salt. The winner of the skewer is the pie served with yuzu kosho and salt. It is the best skewer I have ever had anywhere 🥇. To begin with, the pie is written on the menu, but they usually tell you they are out of it, even right after the restaurant opens. That should be written on the blackboard. I was surprised that the pie I ordered tasted so good after giving up on the idea that it wouldn't be available anyway, It's a present from Santa Claus. In front of Nakano Broadway. The sign of the pig is a landmark. The 'ami liver' wrapped in fat is a must. Everything is delicious, including toro, cartilage, and tsukune. It's recommended to leave the salt sauce to the chef.
