Freshly fried skewers come out at a good pace, allowing you to enjoy them right after they are made. With a variety of options like lotus root and kiss fish wrapped in mitsuba, and asparagus wrapped in pork, you won't get bored. In addition to lemon, mustard, sauce, and yuzu ponzu, several types of rock salt are provided, and they also teach you how to pair them. The raw vegetable sticks can be enjoyed crisp with a special meat miso, and the initial mekabu was refreshing and good.
