บรรยากาศแบบญี่ปุ่นมีเสียงแจ๊สไหลเวียนอยู่ ทำให้รู้สึกสงบและผ่อนคลาย มีที่นั่งเคาน์เตอร์ที่สามารถนั่งทานคนเดียวได้อย่างสบายๆ ไม้เสียบที่ทอดใหม่ๆ จะถูกเสิร์ฟอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้ได้เพลิดเพลินกับอาหารที่เพิ่งทำเสร็จใหม่ๆ มีหลากหลายประเภท เช่น ม้วนสามใบของรากบัวและปลาคิส ม้วนหมูห่อหน่อไม้ฝรั่ง เป็นต้น ทำให้ไม่รู้สึกเบื่อหน่าย นอกจากนี้ยังมีมะนาว มัสตาร์ด ซอส และยูกซ์พอนซึ รวมถึงเกลือหินหลายชนิดที่เตรียมไว้ให้ และยังมีการแนะนำวิธีการจับคู่ด้วย สติ๊กผักสดสามารถทานได้กรอบๆ กับเนื้อหมูพิเศษ และเมนูแรกอย่างเมคาบุยังสดชื่นและดีมาก
