There are many dishes made with horse meat, and you can enjoy both sashimi and grilled options. The raw liver had no unpleasant smell and its plump, melting texture was impressive. The lean meat and koune (fatty meat) are enhanced in flavor when eaten with garlic and soy sauce. The set meal with harami (skirt steak) and the steak are both very meaty and have a wonderful aroma when cooked on a hot plate. The interior is cozy, with a counter and tables, making it comfortable to spend time there. There are also dishes like motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) and mini yukke (raw beef tartare), making it fun to combine different dishes.
