I sat down with excitement at the fish displayed in front of the shop. The first dish that came out was warm meat tofu, which had a comforting and gentle flavor. The thick sashimi was fresh in every cut, and the taste of the sea spread throughout my mouth. The fried daikon was soaked in broth, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, which was impressive. The dish of king crab mixed with rich crab miso was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking. With a wide variety of drinks and the playful spirit of the chinchiro highball, it turned out to be an enjoyable meal until the end.
