The cozy little shop run by a couple is calm and comfortable. Once seated, a platter is brought out, featuring a well-balanced selection of cuts like loin and skirt steak, which was exciting. The salt-grilled tongue, while modest in thickness, is tender and releases its flavor with just a bit of grilling. The robust spiciness of the homemade kimchi enhances the meat and rice even further. I couldn't forget the refreshing sauce and the tenderness of the ulte, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming for families, creating a fun dining experience that felt like returning home.
