The atmosphere allows you to enjoy your meal without feeling formal, and you can take your time. Many dishes reflect the seasons, and each one is consistently delicious and reassuring. The appetizers come out in small, diverse portions and are visually charming, with the tripe croquettes and fried zucchini flowers particularly memorable. The pasta is simple with a smooth texture that feels pleasant, and the consideration for sharing is appreciated. Ozaki beef is also prepared, cooked to perfection, and the umami is well conveyed. The chef, who is also a sommelier, suggests wines that you wouldn't normally choose based on your preferences, leading to new discoveries.
