We are particular about authentic taste, using ingredients purchased directly from Kyushu! We offer a total of 8 dishes including Jidori chicken sashimi from Kagoshima Prefecture and assorted horse sashimi from Kumamoto Prefecture!
We offer a luxurious lineup of dishes such as our specialty Kagoshima local chicken sashimi, Jidori charcoal-grilled teppan-yaki, and a motsu nabe (hot pot) using carefully selected motsu, which is great during this cold season!
This course includes our three signature dishes: Kagoshima chicken sashimi, Kumamoto horse sashimi, and motsu nabe (hot pot) made with carefully selected motsu (small fish), allowing you to fully enjoy Kyushu. This course is perfect for all kinds of banquets!
In addition to Tatsuya's three signature dishes of Kagoshima chicken sashimi, Kumamoto horse sashimi, and motsu nabe, this course also includes a "horse fillet steak" that can only be enjoyed in this course, making it the restaurant's most popular course.
We have prepared a menu that will satisfy your taste buds with a simple course that includes our specialty Kagoshima chicken sashimi, motsunabe made with carefully selected mots, and chanpon noodles to finish the meal! We also accept reservations for lunchtime drinking from 10 people!
We offer 7 dishes such as avocado and shrimp salad, Camembert cheese tempura, and other light dishes! We will be happy to discuss the all-you-can-drink plan with you, and if you wish, you can add a cocktail of your choice.

We use Kagoshima chicken shipped directly from Kagoshima Prefecture. By sourcing on a per-bird basis, we are able to provide fresh chicken. The breast meat is low in fat and can be enjoyed in a light manner. Please enjoy the thigh meat with its moderate sweetness and texture. Serve with Kyushu tamari soy sauce along with ginger and garlic to your liking.

The standard of highball.
The classic sweet potato shochu. Brewed at Kirishima Shuzo in Miyazaki Prefecture, at the southern tip of the city of Miyakonojō.
This is sweet potato shochu made by Mitsutake Shuzo in Yakushima, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is brewed with water from Yakushima, which is said to be one of the finest waters selected among the top hundred famous waters. Drinking it might make you feel like you are in Yakushima.

This shochu is made exclusively from a sweet potato variety called Murasakimasari, brewed at the Ochiai Sake Brewery in Miyazaki Prefecture. It has a refined aroma and rich flavor. It is not available for general sale. It was previously offered on international flights by an airline.
This is a sweet potato shochu made by Hamada Shuzo in Kagoshima. It is brewed with high-quality 'Kogane Senkan' and water that has been purified through the Shirasu plateau in Kagoshima.

This is a barley shochu produced by Oita Meijo Co., Ltd. in Oita Prefecture. It is a refined and smooth type of shochu made from barley that has been polished more than usual and slowly fermented at low temperatures.
This is barley shochu from Nikaido Brewery in Oita.
Fukuoka Prefecture (Kitaya) 25 degrees. Carefully selected barley stored in oak barrels. This is a barley shochu with a deep flavor and smoothness.
This is a brown sugar shochu from Kaiun Shuzo in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. It uses a method called 'acoustic aging' where it listens to symphonies for about 3 months during maturation, resulting in a smooth, gentle taste and rich aroma.
This is a shochu made by Higa Shuzo in Yomitan Town, located in the central part of Okinawa Prefecture. It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing taste, and it is recommended to be enjoyed on the rocks or with water.

This is a 'meat-eating type junmai sake' brewed at low temperatures using Yamadanishiki polished to 60% and Yamahai yeast.
Yamagata Prefecture, Honjozo, Sake degree +4. Alcohol content 16. This is a honjozo sake blended with ginjo sake using 'Yukigeshou'. It has a refined ginjo aroma and a refreshing taste.
