Luxuriously served whole seasonal fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port, with a variety of daily specials. Grilled with salt over binchotan charcoal, the inside is fluffy while the outside is crispy. We also offer simmered options. We typically have about five types of fresh fish available, such as black throat sea perch, flatfish, and young sea bream. (Note) Prices vary depending on the type and size of the fish. Please refer to the menu in the restaurant for more details.
We cook Koshihikari rice, renowned for winning gold medals at various competitions, by Yoshimitsu Honda, a master rice producer, using a Nambu iron pot. *It takes about 40 to 50 minutes to cook. 1 serving 1,300 yen, 2 servings 2,450 yen.
