We have been serving meat dishes centering on steaks and wines selected from all over the world under the concept of "Rare Meat x French x Wine". We have received many requests for a more direct taste of this rare meat, so we have decided to go back to the basics and offer "steaks" made from French beef, Kumamoto red beef, and Umeyama pork carefully selected by HUGO and optimally cooked according to the characteristics of each, as well as meat dishes that allow you to feel the flavor of the carefully selected beef. We have revamped our lunch menu so that our customers can enjoy meat dishes that showcase the flavor of our carefully selected beef.
