In addition to the "tuna sandwich" handmade in the restaurant, we also offer fresh "today's sashimi," "egg omelet with tuna sauce," "mini bara chirashi," and other dishes of which we are very proud and which are filled with seasonal ingredients.
You can enjoy a variety of dishes such as "Kaisen Salad" using fresh fish, "assorted skewers" and "yakisai". For the main course, a sumptuous "funa-zushi" (boat sushi) featuring a lavish amount of fresh seafood is served.
This is a luxurious course in which you can enjoy both fish and meat, such as "steamed egg custard with sea urchin and salmon roe," "fried horse mackerel," "Japanese beef tataki," and "yaki-sai. The course also includes "4 pieces of nigirizushi", which is a perfect ending to a hearty meal.
At Sushi Wasabi, many sushi artisans are on staff. Please enjoy sushi crafted by these artisans along with exceptionally fresh seafood sourced through our unique channels. In addition to nigiri and seafood bowls, we also offer fresh fish from the market and the chef's special appetizers.
