This product is designed by Rika, the second daughter of the three sisters who aim to become female toji (master brewers). It uses 100% Tsuyahime, a table rice produced in Oda City, Shimane Prefecture. Please enjoy this limited flavor made with delicious table rice crafted by a rice-loving producer!
Female toji (master brewer) Akiko Fujita brews this soulful sake! It has just surpassed six months after pasteurization and still possesses an abundance of youthful vigor. It does not break down even when left at room temperature for a while. This is a bottle that promises exciting potential for flavor development in the future.
