Tenkatsu's original hot pot. It has a wide variety of ingredients. There is also an upper-grade Tenkatsu hot pot.
A hot pot based on udon broth. A classic from Sanuki. There is also a premium version of Udon Suki.
The upper tetchiri is a luxurious version with added Sanuki denbuku. *The tetchiri course comes with four dishes: grilled skin, sashimi, fried chicken, and zosui for an additional 2000 yen.

Unlike regular nigori umeshu, which only adds plum flesh, this version luxuriously incorporates peach paste to achieve a richer flavor. (Shochu base)
Luxuriously made with fully ripe plum flesh from Nara Prefecture's Nishiyoshino. It is thick and rich, yet not too sweet or too sour, with a soft mouthfeel and a well-balanced finish. (White liquor base)
Focusing on Sanuki, this plum wine is crafted with Shirasu sugar (the main ingredient of wasanbon) instead of rock sugar, resulting in a refined and gentle flavor. A uniquely crafted plum wine with a different touch. (Sake-based)
The characteristics of the ancient castle plum fruit are evident, with a grassy, fresh aroma that evokes nostalgia, and a spicy acidity with a bitter taste. (White liquor base)
Using 100% domestic black sugar in a secondary brewing process with brandy-based umeshu (plum wine) base. The sweet aroma of black sugar and the rich, syrupy mouthfeel are impressive. (Brandy-based)
A cloudy type of umeshu with fruit pulp. Surprisingly, it contains 45% fruit pulp. Almost half of the umeshu is fruit pulp. Naturally, it's very thick. This concentration is truly abundant! (Sake-based)
