You can enjoy various parts of beef and pork offal, all of which are of high quality. The white beef tripe sashimi is crunchy, and the salt level is just right, which I liked. The liver paste is moist without being dry, and you can feel the umami. The assorted platter has a wide variety, and there are no misses with any of them; they are easy to eat with a light fat. In addition to two-person and four-person seating, there are terrace seats where you can enjoy an atmosphere like a back alley. The staff were also pleasant, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the end.
