After all this time... I had an omu-rice take-out from Kanda Tamagoken for the first time after all this time. I ordered the standard tomato omelette, but the egg was so soft and fluffy that I could almost drink it, and the acidic tomato sauce and the gentle taste of the chicken rice were well-balanced and comforting.
