The sashimi platter was very fresh, and I was enchanted by the fatty slices. The combination of yellowtail, red snapper, bonito, fresh octopus, and shellfish was enjoyable, and the aroma of the grilled items was also nice. The salad included mizuna and steamed chicken, along with a slimy mix of natto, okra, and yam, which made for an interesting texture. The monkfish liver mapo had a spiciness from the Sichuan pepper that paired perfectly with the creamy monkfish liver. The fried items included fried shrimp and shiitake mushrooms stuffed with shrimp, and even spicy chicken wings, which were hard to resist. Finally, the seafood zosui was satisfying, infused with the flavors of various seafood broths.

This is a calm Japanese izakaya located deep in an alley, which you can reach after a short walk from the station, allowing for a quiet time. The interior is clean, with ample space at both the counter and tables, making it a relaxing place. The sashimi is fresh, and the assorted platter had a variety that was satisfying. The lotus root dumplings and the seasoning of the whelk were particularly impressive, making it delicious enough to keep my chopsticks moving. The tempura, thick fried tofu, and seafood rice crust also had a wonderful aroma, enhancing the enjoyment of the drinks. The selection of sake and shochu had a seasonal feel, and combined with the attentive staff, it made for a pleasant experience.

The sashimi platter is firm and full of flavor, with a pleasant aroma from the searing. The natto salad with sticky ingredients and seafood becomes addictive when mixed with seaweed. The dashi omelet is fluffy, and the aroma of the dashi spreads throughout the mouth. The meat tofu has a light seasoning, allowing the richness of the pork belly to be felt gradually. The fried shiitake and shrimp dumplings and the anchovy garlic cheese potatoes are just a few of the many enjoyable appetizers available. The seafood zosui is also hearty, and every dish offers a high level of satisfaction.
