This is a limited sake bottled from the best selections of multiple tanks of the pure rice sake 'Yama'. It has a rich umami flavor that expands and a clean, dry finish that comes gently.
Junmai / super dry, in a good way you don't feel the spiciness. It is a high-quality product with a well-balanced flavor that expands in umami.
