Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Keeps the characteristics of our own double distilled mezcals but expressed more subtly, they’re identifiable fruit tones and mildly smoked; you can taste citrus and sweet flavors (cooked agave), at the end the notes are slightly metallic and herbaceous.It basically involves the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven, grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, triple simple distillation.
Mexico | Balanced and elegant. Hints of tamarind and pomegranate aromas are followed by herbal tones of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.
The Pechuga is full-bodied with floral, chocolatey, sweet and spicy notes with a clean finish. A little smoky, but rich in saltiness.
Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.
Pierde Almas La Puritita Verda has a savory smoke flavor with earthy undertones. It could be sipped neat, but is most commonly used as a cocktail mixer.

Tequila, Mexico | Komos Anejo Cristalino has a stunning nose of sugared pineapple surrounded by bright agave freshness & lime zest. The mouthfeel is rich, with floral and delicate fruit notes from its time in the French oak. The finish is mineral driven and dry, with a delicate sweetness.
Jalisco | Aged 2 years, with hints of vanilla, caramel, coconut and maple, intense tones of roasted agave, delicate tinges of mint and rosemary, fruity aromas of peach and cherry. It is extraordinarily harmonious, rich and exquisite.
Jalisco | Less bright and sweet on the nose than the brand's reposado, their añejo shows a little vanilla along with some leather and barrel spices. The palate is on the spicy side and while there's an oaky sweetness, it doesn't come across as cloying. The agave is still discernible in the final result and has a minty, slightly bitter finish.

California | A balance between vibrant dark fruit and bright acidity. Notes of vanilla from aging in French and American oak add complexity to the intense black cherry aromas and flavors.
Jumilla, Spain | Offers plenty of red and black cherry fruit, with complex spice notes. Well balanced, with soft supple tannins and a persistent finish.
Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.

Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Keeps the characteristics of our own double distilled mezcals but expressed more subtly, they’re identifiable fruit tones and mildly smoked; you can taste citrus and sweet flavors (cooked agave), at the end the notes are slightly metallic and herbaceous.It basically involves the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven, grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, triple simple distillation.
Mexico | Balanced and elegant. Hints of tamarind and pomegranate aromas are followed by herbal tones of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.
The Pechuga is full-bodied with floral, chocolatey, sweet and spicy notes with a clean finish. A little smoky, but rich in saltiness.
Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

Jalisco | Aged 2 years, with hints of vanilla, caramel, coconut and maple, intense tones of roasted agave, delicate tinges of mint and rosemary, fruity aromas of peach and cherry. It is extraordinarily harmonious, rich and exquisite.
Jalisco | Less bright and sweet on the nose than the brand's reposado, their añejo shows a little vanilla along with some leather and barrel spices. The palate is on the spicy side and while there's an oaky sweetness, it doesn't come across as cloying. The agave is still discernible in the final result and has a minty, slightly bitter finish.

Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.

It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.

Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Keeps the characteristics of our own double distilled mezcals but expressed more subtly, they’re identifiable fruit tones and mildly smoked; you can taste citrus and sweet flavors (cooked agave), at the end the notes are slightly metallic and herbaceous.It basically involves the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven, grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, triple simple distillation.
Mexico | Balanced and elegant. Hints of tamarind and pomegranate aromas are followed by herbal tones of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.
The Pechuga is full-bodied with floral, chocolatey, sweet and spicy notes with a clean finish. A little smoky, but rich in saltiness.
Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.
Pierde Almas La Puritita Verda has a savory smoke flavor with earthy undertones. It could be sipped neat, but is most commonly used as a cocktail mixer.

Jalisco | Less bright and sweet on the nose than the brand's reposado, their añejo shows a little vanilla along with some leather and barrel spices. The palate is on the spicy side and while there's an oaky sweetness, it doesn't come across as cloying. The agave is still discernible in the final result and has a minty, slightly bitter finish.

Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.

Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.

Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Aged for over one year and a half in new French oak barrels mainly and a small percentage of American oak, the barrel toasting is measured. It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Vago Elote from Hijos de Aquilino Garcia carries on the tradition of maestro mezcalero Aquilino Garcia Lopez. His sons, Temo and Mateo, have spent their lives working alongside Aquilino, learning the methods and knowledge that has been passed down through generations. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

Jalisco | Less bright and sweet on the nose than the brand's reposado, their añejo shows a little vanilla along with some leather and barrel spices. The palate is on the spicy side and while there's an oaky sweetness, it doesn't come across as cloying. The agave is still discernible in the final result and has a minty, slightly bitter finish.

Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.

It has a great body, the characteristics of this mezcal are sui generis, the tones are very aromatic, complex wood scents, aromas and tastes of vanilla, coffee, caramel, floral ...; Its taste is round, nice wood notes, dried fruits (figs, prunes), slightly smoky.Basically consist in the cutting of the maguey (capons), cooking in a stone and wood oven and grinding in a stone mill moved by horse, natural fermentation in wooden tubs, simple distillation (double distillation), aged in new barrels.
Doubly distilled mezcal rested in French oak barrels for periods of six to eight months. The aromas are accented with wood, without losing the characteristic tones seen in our young mezcal with the addition of coffee and caramel aromas; to the palate there are more identifiable pronounced woody notes with some astringency, rounder as a whole.
A single young mezcal, distilled with detail three times. Like the Elote from Aquilino, before he passed away, this has a nose full of smoky toasted corn and dry river stones. The body is sweet with wood tones and layers of honeycomb, green tropical fruit, and smoke. This is a triple distilled Mezcal. Between the second and third distillations, the maestro adds roasted corn from the farm. The roasted corn taste shines through to the finish. This Mezcal still has hints of the Vago Espadin’s tough exterior, but its softer finish rounds the edges of the Espadin.
El Silencio Espadin is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s handmade in small batches, and is designed for high-end use in mixology. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

Jalisco | Less bright and sweet on the nose than the brand's reposado, their añejo shows a little vanilla along with some leather and barrel spices. Savoie, France | The grapes were destemmed and each variety was vinified separately. Gentle pressing occurred with a pneumatic press; only the free-run juice is used for our Rosé. The fermentation occurred at 17°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 3 weeks. The wine was aged on its lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over. DESCRIPTION Pale salmon color. Complex nose with cherry and strawberry notes evolving towards soft candied fruit. The palate is rich and smooth with ripe red fruits and a well-balanced acidity.
