It is vibrant yet retains a hint of the umami characteristic of shochu. Spirits: Rice shochu base. Botanicals: Juniper berries, tea leaves, yuzu, lemon, kumquat, hezuka orange, ginger, shiso, kesen, and gajumaru (all botanicals except juniper berries are sourced from Kagoshima).
