This is a rich and delicious motsunabe made by expertly blending several types of miso, including Kyushu miso and Saikyo miso, and adding a special sauce from Ooyama.
This is a motsunabe with a unique blend of soy sauce and a triple dashi made from offal, vegetables, and seafood. It has a gentle and mellow flavor that highlights the ingredients.
Please enjoy it with the special ponzu sauce from Ooyama, which contains grated daikon. It is a refreshing offal hot pot without garlic.

This is a rare offal dish made with beef, very tender and without any strong flavors. The special yuzu pepper is a mild spiciness made with yuzu from Kyushu and green chili peppers mixed with rock salt. It is the number one popular side menu item at the Ooyama store.
We source directly from the horse meat production area, Kumamoto's ranches. The 'Premium Fatty Cut' is exactly as its name suggests, carefully selected from only the highest quality products. This is a dish we highly recommend you try.
This is Hakata mentaiko made using Ooyama's original carefully selected single piece, featuring a distinct grainy texture.
