Sitting at the counter, I am excited to see the cooking process right in front of me. Each dish comes with an explanation of its origin and cooking method, conveying the chef's dedication to the cuisine. The presentation of the dishes is very beautiful, and I can truly feel the seasonal colors. The warm hospitality of the couple is pleasant, and the rhythm of the meal is perfectly matched. Every dish, from the appetizers to the dessert, has a careful flavor, and I especially can't forget the tender roast beef bowl. It's a wonderful restaurant where you can leisurely enjoy high-quality Japanese cuisine in a quiet atmosphere.
