Upon entering, the staff kindly guides you, making it reassuring even for first-time visitors. You can choose your main dish from options like glass noodles or rice flour noodles, and it's fun to mix and match from over 50 different ingredients. The soup has a strong aroma of Sichuan pepper, and you can choose the level of spiciness; the extra hot option was pleasantly numbing and stimulating. You can also taste the gentle umami of the white broth, which paired well with the ingredients. There are also menu items other than noodles, allowing you to enjoy shopping at the specialty goods corner together.
