Il ristorante Horie Touka di cucina giapponese, sushi e sake a Namba offre la possibilità di gustare piatti di cucina giapponese creativa in un'atmosfera rilassante simile a quella di un ryokan. When I made a reservation and sat by the riverside, I was able to relax at a spacious table. The nine small dishes that were served first were beautifully colorful, and each dish brought a delightful surprise. Eating the sashimi with bubbly soy sauce gave it a creamy texture, enhancing the flavor of the fish. The grilled fresh sea urchin and wagyu 'uni-niku' chazuke combined a savory aroma with richness, spreading happiness with every bite. The yellowtail shabu was dipped in hot broth and enjoyed half-raw, with the melting fat being irresistible. The attentive service from the staff was also pleasant, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy my meal until the end.

5 minutes walk from Namba Station on Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line A restaurant where you can enjoy kappo cuisine in a private room based on the concept of a "traveling Ryokan". I have been to this restaurant several times when I was a student, but it has been a long time! The current campaign is "Traveling Hokkaido Lunch Gozen"! This is a limited menu that allows you to fully enjoy the ingredients and cuisine of Hokkaido while in Osaka! You can enjoy a variety of dishes such as chirashizushi, sashimi, zangi, and more! You can also add Saga Beef and Japanese King's Teppan-yaki! The Saga Beef was delicious! This restaurant is located along the river and has many private rooms, so it's perfect for dinner with friends, a date, entertaining guests, etc.! Thank you very much for the meal!
