The image of the shime-saba is mainly a winter menu for 580 yen. Among others, there are horse mackerel, sardine, octopus, bonito, white fish, tuna, sea bream, and more, with at least 3 types available daily. Prices range from 530 yen to 780 yen on average. There is also a 3-piece assortment for 980 yen, and some fish may be served as carpaccio.
Two M-sized eggs. This omelette is made with the proud dashi of Katsuobushi from Sumidagawa 'Taikou' and Hidaka Konbu from Tsukiji Suita Shoten. For takeout, you can also get a leek and egg stir-fry with the same dashi for 600 yen for three M-sized eggs.
Homemade fried meat sauce combined with doubanjiang and fermented black beans for aroma and spiciness. The tofu is soft and silky, with a numbing spiciness from Sichuan peppercorns. No artificial additives or chemical seasonings used.
We fry the chicken breast softly. Our Nanban sauce is a blend of homemade sushi vinegar base, our proud dashi broth, and plum. Served with homemade tartar sauce. As of May 2018, there are no chemical seasonings other than commercially available mayonnaise.
Four large pieces of soy sauce-flavored fried chicken thighs, approximately 200 grams. Satisfying to eat. An unpretentious, classic seasoning with a hint of garlic and ginger. Eligible for takeout.
The image is a dashi simmered dish. It is cooked with a high-quality bonito broth from Makurazaki. Other dishes include smoked duck, grilled duck, and roasted duck. The price varies depending on the cooking method, around 850 yen.
Mainly made with thigh meat steak. Served with a Japanese-style aromatic vegetable sauce. Can be prepared by grilling a whole piece and slicing it, or by cutting into bite-sized steak pieces.
The image is of octopus ragu. In addition, classics such as Amatriciana, Bolognese, Vongole, Carbonara, etc., are all pasta dishes, but the contents are truly whimsical.
Depending on the season, we offer flying fish, horse mackerel, Atka mackerel, cutlassfish, and more. Prices vary but are around 780 yen.
Images include salmon Saikyo-yaki for 580 yen, winter season features cod Saikyo-yaki, grilled amberjack, summer to autumn offers salt-grilled sardines, salt-grilled horse mackerel, salt-grilled saury, with 1-2 items daily. Apart from grilled fish, there are also pan-fried white fish for 800-1000 yen, etc.
The image is simmered anko. Other options include simmered saury and simmered flounder, starting from 630 yen. Also available is Aqua Pazza for 1320 yen.

Image is of shrimp chili. Prices range from 880 yen to 980 yen. Other dishes include mapo eggplant, kung pao pork, shrimp wonton, cloud white meat, sweet and sour pork, Shanghai-style fried noodles, and more. All dishes are made without chemical seasonings, and unnecessary modifications are kept to a minimum, staying true to the basics.
Udon noodles mixed with Indian-style curry made with original spice blend and dashi broth, without wheat flour, served like pasta.
The image is of winter ikura rice. Other dishes include grilled rice balls, dashi chazuke, whimsical fried rice, oyakodon. Try to have curry rice and others as much as possible every day.

Orange wine is a white wine made with a red wine-like fermentation process. It does not use actual oranges. Please enjoy the captivating orange wine that appeals to both white wine lovers and red wine lovers. At our store, we offer a selection of orange wines from renowned producers such as Radikon, as well as from orange wine regions such as Friuli, Slovenia, and Georgia.
Radikon, a natural wine that orange wine fans drool over. We sell it by the glass at a rate of about once a month. Depending on the purchase price at the time, we are working hard to keep it affordable at around 1200 yen per glass.
Georgia (formerly known as Georgia) wine, said to be the world's oldest wine dating back to about 8000 years ago. You may feel a strong astringency such as tannins, but it has a depth and complexity of flavor that cannot be found elsewhere, making it delicious. In our store, we mainly source wines from Nonna & Sidi, importers who are said to be the go-to for Georgia wines.
Our shop imports only Slovenian wines, mainly from 365 Wine, a renowned producer located just across the border from Friuli, the internationally recognized region for orange wines. Our shop owner fell in love with these Slovenian wines and became a fan of orange wines. They are all delicious!
