With a calm Japanese atmosphere, stepping through the door, I was greeted with cheerful voices that lifted my spirits. There is a counter and a tatami room, and I could relax in a private room with a sunken hearth. The cooking reflects careful craftsmanship, the presentation is beautiful, and everything is delicious. I enjoyed a seasonal course featuring sashimi of pike eel and Spanish mackerel, a teapot stew, and a crab hot pot. The aroma of the broth was delightful, and I could easily finish the mugwort noodles and dessert. The selection of sake is carefully curated, perfectly complementing the dishes.
