Wakimoto's Kurobuta Shabu Shabu Shabu is very popular. This is a luxurious nabe in which you can taste two kinds of soup stock at the same time: the original shabu shabu shabu with Japanese soup stock tasted with black vinegar sauce and sukiyaki soup stock. It is a recommended nabe that doubles your satisfaction.
In the current yakiniku industry, if it's marbled meat, it can be called - kalbi. In this industry, it has long been said that 'delicious meat is found near bones and large tendons.' However, such cuts are often labor-intensive to commercialize and are not usually large pieces of meat. The Buko style offers somewhat awkward cuts, but provides honest and straightforward meat. • Thick Cut Kalbi 'Buko Kalbi' • 1,150 yen Meat from the ribs, which is truly authentic kalbi. While it doesn't have the large surface area because it's removed from the bone, the flavor of kalbi comes rushing in. • Thick Cut Lean Meat 'Buko Lean' • 1,100 yen Surrounded by many tendons in the thigh meat, this cut is not suitable for commercialization, making it rare to find in yakiniku restaurants. We carefully cut and deliver this rare cut.
Introducing a special pair set featuring Ozaki beef, known as the 'phantom beef' for its rarity and exceptional flavor. The set begins with grilled Ozaki beef, followed by salt-grilled, sauce-grilled, and either Ozaki beef steak or dragon kalbi, along with the famous stone-grilled black pork hitsumabushi and Ozaki beef chazuke, finishing with dessert. We offer three types: Premium Pair Set for 11,000 yen, Ultimate Pair Set with lean steak for 14,500 yen, and ribeye steak for 15,900 yen!
