The seating is limited to a counter, providing a sense of privacy. It operates on a reservation-only basis, allowing you to enjoy the preparation right in front of you. The dish featuring broad bean tofu topped with fresh sea urchin is smooth, aromatic, and exciting. The steamed oysters with tomato foam sauce and the bonito tataki infused with the scent of charcoal are also very impressive. The combination of Kamo eggplant and simmered anago (conger eel), as well as the dish of steamed abalone wrapped in a galette, are unforgettable in their deliciousness. The finishing touches of grilled corn rice, ayu (sweetfish) oil sardine rice, matcha foam shaved ice, and almond tofu were all visually appealing and enjoyable to taste.

In a calm underground counter, you can enjoy a rich sense of presence with a view of the kitchen. It's a reservation-only seasonal omakase, and I look forward to the changing menu each month. Dishes like fava bean tofu, oyster tomato espuma, and smoked bonito all highlight the quality of the ingredients. The simmered eel and grilled eggplant, as well as the charcoal-grilled sea bream in the assorted dishes, are also impressive, with delicious aromas. The corn rice and desserts are meticulously prepared, and the presentation is vibrant. You can relax while gazing at the garden, and the gentle atmosphere created by the staff is soothing.
