Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared and is delicious, making me happy every time I eat here. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the fun combinations go beyond the usual staples. In addition to the counter and tables, there are also cozy seats in the back, which is convenient. The selection of sake is impressive, and I was delighted to encounter brands from outside the prefecture. The staff is attentive and listens to even the smallest requests. I felt that ordering one dish at a time really conveyed the charm of this restaurant.
