This kaiseki course makes the most of local ingredients such as seasonal fresh fish and "Murakami Beef," a brand of beef that is the pride of Niigata. Each dish features seasonal ingredients that are unique to the season, and is well received as a reasonably priced way to experience the taste of our restaurant. This course is also recommended for customers who wish to enjoy their favorite alcoholic beverages as their main course.
The course is made up of a dish using the freshest seasonal natural fresh fish and premium ingredients landed at the port of Sado. The course is sure to provide you with a taste of Niigata's seasonal flavors, each with its own unique flavor in spring, summer, fall, and winter. We also offer a wide selection of sake from Niigata, a rice-producing region, for you to enjoy with your meal.
We offer a course meal using the season's hottest ingredients, from grilled fish to nabe (hot pot) dishes, including not only seasonal local fish, but also the famous high-class nodoguro (bluefin tuna). This course also includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. Eight kinds of Japanese sake are also included. Please use this course for special occasions such as business entertainment and celebrations.

This product has a very limited number of bottles available for shipment and is usually not found in stores, as it all goes to high-end restaurants. Upon tasting, the rich and soft flavor characteristic of unfiltered junmai sake is clearly conveyed, with a fullness and depth that distinguishes it from the regular pasteurized Manju. You cannot discuss 'Manju' without tasting this sake!
[Sake Meter Value +6] A regular sake from Kirinzan Brewery. While it is dry, it also possesses a refreshing quality, making it a delicious and light Niigata sake. It is a top-class ordinary sake that is particularly loved in the local Niigata area.

This sake brewery uses underground water from the Abusumi mountain range in a small castle town, producing a robust flavor without adding sugars, resulting in a refreshing sweetness.
This Sake M is made from Yamada Nishiki and Heisei rice grown in terraced fields in the Yokoyama area of Kakizaki Ward, using soft water from the 'Odeguchi Spring', designated as one of the 'Top 100 Famous Waters' by the Ministry of the Environment.
