Plum wine made from junmai sake base / Izumibashi Brewery / This plum wine is brewed with locally sourced 'Juro Ume' and 'Yamada Nishiki' from Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is made with a modest amount of rock sugar, so it is not sweet and can be enjoyed during meals.
Umeshu (plum wine) Junmai-shu base / Tajime Gomei Kaisha / Asago City, Hyogo Prefecture Junmai-ume-shu is brewed in small quantities one by one. Aged in cold storage for five years, it has a clear taste with a mellow mouthfeel and refreshing plum citric acidity.
Shiso Umeshu based on Junmai sake / Mori no Kura / Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture. A very beautiful red ruby color shiso umeshu. The synergistic effect of plum and shiso creates a very refreshing taste. HOT is recommended!
